The current Maritza Regional Privacy Association's Privacy Policy describes how we store, process and protect your personal information you provide to us regarding the use of our services. This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Site.

PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT: Any individual whose Personal Data is processed.
PLATFORM: Software or modules of collaborative software that serve the site www.maritza.info.

Visitor
A visitor is any person who loads a page of a Platform on the web browser, or visits various sections and pages of the browser (whether by entering the email address directly in the browser or by referring to another website or resource).

Provision of Personal Data to third parties
The association does not provide data to third parties except in the following cases:
If we have a legal obligation to disclose or share data;
If we have received consent from the relevant Data subject;
Digitized pseudonymized Platform Visitor data may be automatically provided to external services of our vendors integrated into the attendance counting platform. You can find more information on these external services in the Cookie Policy as well as opt-out settings. Such opt-out can also be done through external tools (for Google Analytics here);
SECURITY OF DATA
For our part, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the protection of your Personal Data against unauthorized access or disclosure, accidental or unlawful destruction or alteration.
Information in electronic form is stored in protected data centers within the territory of the European Union. The data transfer between servers and the client / browser is encrypted via HTTPS.
IP addresses
IP addresses are stored for up to 1 year. IP addresses are not available to third parties under any circumstances other than the exceptions described.
